Wedding planning can be a stressful experience for couples who want to have a care-free wedding day, but who also want to adhere to the food values that they live by. We provide catering service unlike any other by furnishing clients with a handcrafted wedding experience that is truly farm to table. We grow and raise your entire wedding menu and flower arrangements here on the farm for a reception that is fresh, local and sustainable.
Alright, you caught us—we buy the coffee. But aside from items that physically cannot be grown or raised on our farm, we do it all. From succulent vegetables, legumes, and root crops to pork, lamb, and chevre. We also highlight foraged foods like wild leeks, morel mushrooms, black walnuts, and wild raspberries on our menus. If ever there is an item we cannot grow or raise from the farm, we will purchase the highest quality, organic and local ingredients to supplement from other responsible farmers.
We offer both buffet style catering and table service at the venue of your choice. If you have not selected a venue, and would like to have your reception in beautiful Adirondack farm country, we can host your event at the nearby Black Kettle Farm for an additional fee.
